1.     Selection of the candidate is provisional subject to verification of documents in original

The candidate can lodge complain to the Principal regarding non inclusion of their name in 1^st provisional list up to 15.10.15.

2.      a)      Date of counseling and admission 14.10.2015 to 17.10.2015 (10.30 Am to 02.30 Pm) 

b)      Presence of candidate at the time of counseling is compulsory

c)       Counseling for admission will be as per details given below:

3.     Following certificates/ documents are to be submitted in original and one set of photocopy-

a)     Three recent passport size coloured photo  

b)    C.L.C/D.L.C

c)     Original certificate of 10^th  Exam

d)    Mark sheets of 10^th Exam, 10⁺² Exam, Bachelor Degree Exam & Master Degree Exam.

e)     Admit Cards of 10^th Exam, 10⁺² Exam, Bachelor Degree Exam & Master Degree Exam.

f)      Migration certificate in case of candidates passing from the University other than  VBU, Hazaribag.

g)       Residential certificate (issued by the officer not less than S.D.O. rank)

h)    Caste and Income certificate in case of ST/SC/OBC candidates.   (issued by the officer not less than S.D.O. rank)

i)       Disability certificate in case of Physically Challenged candidates. (attested by Govt. medical practicenor )

j)       Affidavit under oath that-

i)                   All the certificates / documents are genuine

ii)                He/She will attend minimum 75%   of theory, practical classes and allied activities.

iii)              He/She is neither admitted elsewhere nor work (Govt., Semi Govt., Private, Self Employment) anywhere.

iv)              He/ She will not join other courses, training programmes, jobs during B.Ed course.

v)                He/ She will abide by rules, regulations, instructions issued by the University/College from time to time.  

4.     First semester fee for Gen/OBC candidates at the rate of 40,000/- and for SC/ST 37,000/- will be deposited in the form of DD in favour of �Principal, Giridih College�  payable at �Giridih�.

5.     Induction Meeting  and class started from 03.11.2015.
